GMERALD Genesis and gmerald.xyz. Last updated October 2, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and GMERALD TCG LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("GMERALD", "we", "us"). They cover the GMERALD Genesis tokens, redemption of the packs they represent, and your use of gmerald.xyz. By minting, buying, holding or redeeming a GMERALD Genesis token, or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not mint or redeem.
1. What a token is
1.1 GMERALD Genesis is a collection of 216 ERC-721 tokens on Robinhood Chain (contract 0x34a12c17fbca51c03f9e257c7c9e999ef4542558), numbered GMERALD-000001 to GMERALD-000216.
1.2 Each token represents one specific, sealed Pokémon TCG Journey Together booster pack (English) that we hold. The token gives whoever holds it one right: to redeem it for that pack under section 4. Wrapper art varies.
1.3 We keep title to each pack, and hold it in our vault, until we ship it to the person who redeems its token. We will not sell, pledge or otherwise dispose of a pack while its token exists, except to deliver it on redemption.
1.4 A token is a collectible. It is not an investment, a security, a share in GMERALD TCG LLC, or a right to any profit, revenue or payment. Holding $GMERALD gives no benefit in this drop.
1.5 We sell sealed product. The cards inside each pack are random, set by the manufacturer, and unknown to us. We make no promise about what any pack contains.
2. Who can buy
2.1 You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract.
2.2 You may not mint, buy or redeem if you are on a U.S. sanctions list, are in a country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or act for someone who is. We screen wallet addresses and may refuse redemption or any other service where we believe this section or the law would be broken.
3. Buying
3.1 Tokens are sold through Transient Labs' mint page, on gmerald.xyz/drop or transient.xyz. The price is shown when you mint and is paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain, plus Transient's fee and network gas, which we do not control. Up to 15 per wallet. 200 tokens are offered (#017 to #216); we hold #001 to #016 for giveaways.
3.2 Minting is a blockchain transaction you sign in your own wallet. We never hold your wallet or its keys. Check every transaction before you sign it; a confirmed transaction cannot be undone by us.
3.3 Sales are final. If we cannot ship the pack for a token you redeem, we refund what you paid for that token, in the currency you paid.
3.4 You are responsible for any taxes on your purchase, except sales tax we are required to collect. If sales tax applies, we may collect it when you redeem.
4. Redeeming
4.1 Redemption opens October 8, 2026 at gmerald.xyz/drop. To redeem, you connect the wallet that holds the token, give a U.S. street address and an email, and burn the token. No PO boxes.
4.2 We ship the sealed pack, free and tracked, within 5 business days of the burn being confirmed on chain. We send the tracking number to the email you give.
4.3 Burning is permanent. Once a token is burned it cannot be restored; the pack is yours to receive, not the token.
4.4 You may redeem at any time; redemption does not expire. If we ever stop operating, we will give at least 90 days' notice on this site and ship every pack redeemed in that time.
4.5 We bear the risk of loss while a pack is in our vault. If a pack is lost or damaged before it ships, we send you another sealed Journey Together booster pack or refund what you paid for the token. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the pack to your address. If a shipment is lost in transit, tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we will send a replacement or a refund.
4.6 We may pause redemption for a short time for a technical, legal or safety reason, and will say so on this site.
5. Your token, after you buy it
5.1 You may hold, transfer or sell your token. Whoever holds a token when it is burned is the person entitled to its pack.
5.2 We run no marketplace and promise no resale value, liquidity or buyback. Prices on other platforms are set by other people.
5.3 The token's image and metadata are provided for display. GMERALD keeps all rights in its names, logos, artwork and photographs. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures and GAME FREAK; GMERALD is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them.
6. Third parties
Transient Labs runs the mint page and contracts, Robinhood Chain processes transactions, and your wallet provider holds your keys. We are not responsible for their services, outages, fees or errors.
7. Using this site
Do not misuse the site: no attacks, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to get around its rules. Content on the site is information about GMERALD, not financial, legal or tax advice.
8. Limits
8.1 Except as written in these terms, the tokens, the site and the redemption service are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.
8.2 To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a token or its pack is limited to what you paid for that token, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your wallet, a blockchain, or a third party.
8.3 Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
9. Law and disputes
Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts for Collier County, Florida, except that either of us may use small claims court. Before filing, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it.
10. Changes and contact
