GMERALD TCG LLC ("we") collects as little as it can. This page says what, why, and for how long.
What we collect
- On the chain: when you mint, transfer or burn a token, your wallet address and the transaction are public on Robinhood Chain. We read that public data; we do not control it and cannot delete it.
- When you redeem: your name, U.S. street address and email, the wallet that redeemed, and the burn transaction. We need them to ship the pack and send tracking.
- On this site: Vercel, our host, keeps standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics (pages viewed, rough location from IP, device type), without cookies for advertising.
- When you contact us: what you send.
We do not collect card numbers. Payments happen on chain through Transient Labs' mint page, under Transient's own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
To ship packs, answer questions, keep records the law requires, prevent fraud and sanctions violations, and keep the site running. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the services that do the work: our host (Vercel), our redemption database, and the shipping carrier and label service, which get your name and address to deliver the pack. We disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Shipping addresses: deleted 45 days after delivery. Order and redemption records (wallet, transaction, what shipped, when): kept up to 7 years for tax and legal records. Public blockchain data stays on the chain.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Contact us by email at daniel@mithrilslabs.com, on X @gmeraldexe or on Telegram gmeraldburrow.
The drop is for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
