Nothing on this page is reported. It is read from the chain when the page loads, or generated from the chain's records with the hash beside every number.

the founder's position, and the company's

Read on load. Until the state of Florida has accepted GMERALD TCG LLC, these are the founder's own wallets and nothing here is a company asset.

How the position was built, in full. The deployer wallet bought 121,271,656 on the launch curve and burned 71,271,656 of it 29 minutes later. It gave 10,000,000 to holders of the GME stock token by airdrop, and 2,903,467 through the feed. It has never sold a token to a pool.

The market position was bought on the open market from three minutes after launch, through two buying wallets that were later emptied into the market wallet: 89,758,514 tokens bought in 67 purchases, for a little over 23,000 dollars where the transaction shows a dollar amount. 3,676,752 of it was sold in five transactions between 2026-09-03 and 2026-09-07, for 1,654 dollars, and nothing has been sold since. 4,000,000 was given away as prizes and gifts to four wallets on 2026-09-04, and the deployer wallet gave another 424,440 as a prize on 2026-09-10.

The founder has said the position moves into a wallet held by GMERALD TCG LLC once the state has accepted the filing, and that the wallet will be labelled on this page and on the wallets page the day it exists. No promise is made about holding or selling it: the wallet is public and every movement is visible.

Every event below carries its hash. Which wallets are his is the founder's own statement, not a chain fact; he confirmed the labels on 2026-09-21. The 4,424,440 sent to five other wallets were prizes and gifts.

The board paid 221.04 GME stock tokens across seven drops to about 185 wallets each time. The vault received 2,851.82 and has never sent a transaction. What the machine claimed in September is the founder's own income for 2026 and is taxed as such.

pons holder fee sharing

Read on load from pons's contracts.

status

Holder fee sharing is pons's own system, not the company's. When it is on, the pool's creator fee goes to a contract pons made for $gmerald; pons collects the fees about hourly, works out each holder's share of that round by balance, and sends it, in GME stock tokens, to every counted wallet. Nobody claims and nobody pays gas for it. The pool manager, the launch locker and pons's own contracts are not counted.

The creator cannot switch it back. Pons can change the contract's code on 48 hours' notice, and pons's own key publishes each round's split, so the payouts depend on pons's contracts and rules. GMERALD TCG LLC does not control the payouts, and this is not a company revenue share: the company, once it holds $gmerald, is paid by the same rule as every other counted wallet, and nothing more.

How it was checked before the switch, with the numbers: the read of the contract.

what holding $gmerald gives you, and what it does not

$gmerald is a meme coin. It came first, on 2026-09-02, and became the community around what is being built. When pons's fee sharing is on, holding it gets you a share of the pool's trading fees through pons, by pons's rules.

It is not ownership in GMERALD TCG LLC. Holding $gmerald does not give you ownership of the company, its inventory or its revenue, voting rights, or any claim on the company. You do not need $gmerald to buy anything the company sells. The company is built to work whatever the coin is worth.

The GME stock token that the pool pays in is issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. It is not GameStop common stock, gives no rights in GameStop Corp., and its availability is subject to Robinhood's terms and to jurisdiction limits, including for US persons.
